Valentine’s Day Love Puffs

by Caitlin on February 11, 2013

I gave this Valentine Cream Wafer recipe a whirl this weekend and it was love at first bite. The original recipe used a heart shaped cookie cutter, which I didn’t have, so I flipped a glass upside down and made mini biscuits instead. To make up the lost Valentine Day spirit I decided to dye the sugar pink before sprinkling it over the cookies before baking (it was my first time making colored sugar and it was so easy, I followed these instructions).

What sweet treats are you planning on whipping up for your Valentine?
